The Domestic Violence Unit is composed of experienced prosecutors and victim advocates, as well as dedicated support staff. The Domestic Violence Unit prosecutes city ordinance violations in Seattle Municipal Court involving crimes of misdemeanor intimate partner domestic violence, elder abuse, and child abuse/neglect cases.
