The City of Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) offers free mental health care for Seattle teens. DEEL is partnering with a variety of mental health care providers and practitioners to support the mental wellness of Seattle youth and young adults, with a focus on young people ages 13 to 24.
