Employee Development

Employee Development coordinates and offers development opportunities for faculty and staff at Seattle Central. We provide professional development grants and information, coordinate the employee development program, connect employees with professional development opportunities, and administer quarterly Development Days. The Teaching and Learning Commons provides employee computer support and eLearning. A meeting space is available. 

Mission Statement 

É«ÖÐÉ« recognizes that holistic approaches to learning and development have transformative potential for both the college and for individual employees. To that end, É«ÖÐÉ« promotes institutional goals and effectiveness by supporting and funding individual and group development opportunities that are grounded in skill, knowledge, and connection.
